Goal

Via Facebook Premiere Jeep, Ram, Dodge & Chrysler determined the need to host a Forum sparked by the racial disturbances and civil unrest that took place in the summer of 2020. The forum will yield promotional content distributed through paid media on Facebook and Instagram with a goal to host an honest and informative conversation about diversity and inclusion with FCA’s community of 15 million followers.

Ignition Media Group served as a strategic and consultative partner in the assessment of the efficacy and execution of the proposed forum. We provided strategic direction and creative recommendations, rooted in African American insights, to ensure communication efforts are inclusive and avoid potential cultural pitfalls/backlash.

The Result

Based on our recommendations, FCA decided to hold off on hosting the conversation until a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy could be agreed upon from FCA leadership. Ignition is assisting FCA with their D&I strategy.
